Grounded is a program that integrates mindfulness, breath, and movement in a way that is both gentle and impactful. The intention is a unique and accessible experience where participants can slow down, reconnect, and build practical tools they can carry into their daily lives.

 

Grounded is  a long weekend format that will be offered spring 2027.

Grounded is a structured yet spacious retreat designed to guide participants into deeper awareness through movement, breath, and meditation.

 

The experience unfolds progressively:

  • Day 1 (Arrival) → Slowing down & arriving

  • Day 2 (Friday) → Building awareness & regulation

  • Day 3 (Saturday) → Deepening & recognizing patterns

  • Day 4 (Sunday) → Integration & returning to daily life

 

Each day blends:

  • Mindful movement

  • Breathwork

  • Guided meditation

  • Reflection & journaling

  • Open, intentional integration time
